Here are some common responsibilities of a business analyst in an RPA profile:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and subject matter experts, to understand their requirements, pain points, and process inefficiencies.Process Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of the identified processes to determine their suitability for automation.Solution Design: Work closely with RPA developers and architects to design RPA solutions that align with business requirements. Create detailed process design documentation, including process flows, business rules, and exception handling mechanisms.Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical feasibility of automating identified processes.Business Case Development: Collaborate with project stakeholders to build a compelling business case for RPA implementation.Process Mapping and Documentation: Create detailed process maps and documentation to provide a clear understanding of the current state processes and the proposed automated workflows. Ensure that all relevant process steps, data inputs, outputs, and decision points are accurately captured.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, RPA developers, IT teams, and other stakeholders involved in the automation project.Testing and Validation: Work with the RPA development team to create test plans and scenarios.
