Freelancing as a blogger and lifestyle photographer. I have been highly rated and recommended over all the social media platforms for my work ethics, content and quality. My work is largely driven by loyal customers. Freelancing made me come out of my comfort zone, learn new skills-both technical and otherwise. Customer relationship management, people management and negotiating are some of the skills that I believe are valuable and transferable.

Worked with one of the top three market research companies as a senior data processing analyst. The client was new to Ugam and followed very specific standards with respect to data collection and processing. It was the first time for them to handover the projects to an external team. My responsibilities were to adapt to their standards, improvise the processes wherever required and create documentation for future reference. Successfully managed these which resulted in a steady flow of work from the client that included mostly high profile and complex projects. Managed to establish the confidence and a healthy rapport through high level of client engagement. By the end of the year, the workload doubled and the team expanded. Mentored new team members.

Worked as a team lead for Data integration team that handled survey programming, data validation (QA) and data processing in dimensions. The team took care of a survey right from the initial programming phase to final delivery of tables to end client. It required effective team coordination, project and client management which were primarily my responsibilities. The team earned recognition in internal event “spotlight” for its consistent delivery of quality with optimal TAT without facing a single escalation since the inception of the team.

Worked as a supervisor and mentor for a team of 8-10 comprising of members at remote locations. The relatively novice team had undergone some major structural changes. Successfully handled the challenges faced during this period which involved more of project and people management. Carried out several competency enhancement programmes. Also was involved in internal scripts and process automation initiatives which were a success and helped the team to a great extent (improving the productivity by 15-20%).

•Worked as a trainer for SPSS dimensions data validation module during June 2012- August 2012 followed by mentoring and competency building programmes. The young team earned award for exceeding utilization targets in internal R&R program “Uphoria” in the same quarter.

Worked as a QA ( data consistency) specialist using SPSS dimensions data validation module. Worked across multiple clients dealing with healthcare and consumer research across various regions such as US , EMEA and APAC. Have worked on quite complex long running projects seamlessly with consistent quality. Worked as a mentor to new team members. Have been appreciated for excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Joined as a junior programmer in Quality assurance team which worked on Quantum programming platform. The team moved on to IBM SPSS dimensions platform due to client requirements. While adapting to new technology made sure that the quality or TAT were not affected. Have been appreciated for being a quick learner and a team player.
