My job as a prestige beauty advisor is to listen, asses, and build baskets for any and all customers needs as well as guide people from mass beauty and get them to invest. My focus is product knowledge and forming customer relationships so I can best sell and educate them on the benefits of investing in themselves.

My role here on top of being a counselor at one of their locations was to create and organize program blocks and activities that would provide participants the opportunity to grow in the given skills that were the focus point for the day.

For my role at Anthropologie my main duty was to helping execute with visual merchandising and bring to life the aesthetic that coincides with the brand for around the store. I also assisted in managing the stock along with inventory audits.

Within this internship I had to organize fresh off the runway designer inventory, assist with visual merchandising and communicate appropriately with their clientele.
