• Travel to new restaurant locations throughout the U.S. in order to assist new hires in learning the service standards of Fox Restaurant Concepts • Educate, train and certify new staff on food handler’s safety, menu knowledge and service skills to ensure successful openings • Make recommendations on new hire position placement based upon certification and skills analysis in order to guarantee employee and guest satisfaction • Train and mentor new employees on shift responsibilities to ensure quality team members • Provide solutions for complicated issues and high expectations guests • Manage opening and closing restaurant duties which include: daily reports, financial reconciliation, deposits and overseeing staff
