I assemble these documents at the beginning of the school year and set time aside with the head teacher to go over the class schedule, as well as what she has planned to teach and offer during each class period.- Work collaboratively and regularly with the head teacher to ensure that we set up a class schedule that will result in the students leaving every class with new ways to implement leadership in their daily life, inside and outside of the classroom.Homecoming- Meet with students from our leadership class to gain access to pictures, videos, and examples of what Homecoming is all about.- Teach them the ins and outs of what it takes to have a successful school dance and how to bring energy to their grade as a whole. - For their grade’s spirit packages, I help them find fun and different accessories. I also help them figure out what price to set their packages at given how much each package costs them to assemble. - Help the students plan out their decorations for their freshmen hallway.- Provide helpful tools on how to successfully publicize their spirit packages.Fundraisers/Proposal Forms- Help the students begin brainstorming fundraiser ideas through slideshows and previous examples.- Help them brainstorm ideas by providing feedback on my past fundraisers, offering suggestions and tips, and from there, the Lead9 class will begin to narrow down their lists of ideas.- Begin the execution process by sharing previous examples of past proposal forms.- Assist the Lead9 class on how promote and advertise their fundraiser Show less
