With almost four years of experience at Panera Bread, I feel that I have honed my skills in customer service, team collaboration as well as operational efficiency. My role not only involves providing excellent service but also training new members and maintaining high standards in food safety and cleanliness. In addition to my time at Panera, I work at my university's Student Union, where I developed strong organizational and multitasking abilities while also assisting students. I also gained valuable experiences as a seasonal team member at Michael's and Quick Stop Deli, which enhanced my retail and merchandising skills. Throughout these experiences, I think that I have cultivated a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
