Global temperatures are rising due to climate change. The 10 warmest years on record have all been in the past decade.I'm grateful that I get to learn about and work in a field that is equally fascinating as it is vital. Through my time at ASU, I’ve had the opportunity to explore many facets of sustainability through research positions and professional opportunities. Currently, as I pursue a master's degree in sustainability, I’m working as a Management intern for ASU's Global Partnerships department to support ASU's essential global collaboration. I am also supporting an EPA-funded research project to create a tool for policymakers to understand how their transit electrification plans may impact air quality and environmental justice. Outside of work and school, I spend time advocating for local and national climate action with the Sunrise Movement.
