• Draft, finalize and process invoices for company vendors and their on-going business projects• Update weekly and monthly budget reports outlining cost over-runs for accounting team meetings.• Create new project proposals and work through rough drafts to finalize projects to assist in improving company process within the system of Vision• Manage and review expense reports from company employees for senior level accounting management team to sign off approvals• Maintain vendor file system and ensure all documentation is up to date with no outstanding balances
