I am responsible for the day to day operations of three unique restaurants within Walt Disney World. I oversee the safety and well-being of my cast members as well as guests. I manage communications and processes for the restaurant and handle the restaurant’s finances.

I handled cash transactions and food prep. I also worked on buffet lines and as a barista.

I was an assistant to a professor in the Sociology department at Utah State University. I was in charge of grading assignments and helping in the classroom. I also helped teach several lectures and learned how to teach effectively and communicate with students in a teaching setting.

I was a Food and Beverage Coordinator at Flame Tree Barbecue in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I was responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. I also helped guests with recovery situations, allergies, and helping them have a unique experience. Furthermore, I helped train new cast members in the processes and safety protocols of the restaurant.

As a member of the Disney College Program internship I was a Quick Service Food and Beverage Hostess. I also helped open and was lead hostess at the Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Territorial Coffee Bar.
