Executive Assistant to the GM and Assistant GM.This position requires self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels. This position requires the ability to effectively work under pressure, frequently within short time constraints, prioritize tasks, take appropriate action, work without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives and make timely decisions across the business group, and just get things done - and of course, other duties as assigned.Conducting interviews, completing contact requests, drafting and proofing memos, correspondence and marketing advertisements, data entry, project management, employee recognition, and much more.Back up to the Compliance Department including Title 31 auditing, investigating and reporting.

Sort, scan, file, and maintain confidentiality with patient records. (Temporary position)
