Solving problems is what gets me out of bed every day. I love being the person who when someone brings up a longstanding pain-point, is able and excited to resolve them. I am always going down rabbit holes as I create solutions to obstacles and learn as many new things as possible in the process.It is no surprise that I become engrossed when I start a jigsaw puzzle, and my work is much the same; stick me in front of a good puzzle and I will work for hours. At the end of solving a problem is the best part: the delight of those that the problem affected. People are the heart of every organization and I am a people-person. Bringing joy to those around me is a wonderful feeling, and something I strive to do every day.My team, both immediate and company-wide, is paramount to me. Creating efficiencies that help the team is fulfilling in a unique way. I am known as a person who, when they don’t know how to do something, will figure out anything; lack of knowledge is simply a fun challenge. I am a go-to in the office for questions with many programs, but especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. The best part about being that go-to person is that if I don’t know the answer that means I get to learn something new!
