I was responsible for the weekly and monthly reporting, data analysis, and data management of Operation’s On-Time, Paratransit, and Fleet performance data using Power Bi, Excel, and our SmartBus System. Additionally, I created materials for schedule changes, detours, and other service announcements that impact bus operations. Other major projects: • Created the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Report used in weekly and monthly reporting of On-Time, Paratransit, and Fleet performance that required the development, extraction, transformation, and loading pipeline of transit operations data from our Smart Bus system using Microsoft 365 apps. • Conducted and published a complete Business Process Review of all Transit Operation Supervisors procedures resulting in a 50+ page departmental SOP. • Helped lead a number of focus groups alongside the Leadership and Marketing team for Culver CityBus’s new NextCCBus smartphone app where I prepared, collected, and analyzed focus group participant data and feedback that later informed the improvement of the design and functionality of the app prior to its public launch. • Managed the adoption of SharePoint for the Operations team which included developing, organizing, overseeing, and training employees on the platform as well as other Microsoft 365 apps.
