As a Front Desk Clerk I take responsibility to check in and out our guests from the Hotel. I will meet them with a warm greeting, and answer any questions they may have about Saratoga Springs, the Casino, restaurants to eat at, different room types and what amenities we offer while on the phone or in person.

Summer 2017 Internship: assisted in organizing outside events and facilitating outside event. In the fall/winter of 2017/2018 I was promoted to Key Holder/ Manager. This opportunity focused on service, retail, operations and outside events. I worked with the impressions team to organize, assist, and delegate tasks in the store durning slow periods and busy periods throughout the year. The sister store to Impressions of Saratoga ,The Dark Horse Mercantile celebrated the “upset” in a horse race. The only horse to ever defeat Man O’ War in 1919 at the Saratoga Race Track was Upset. This race then began what saratoga race track is known for as the “Graveyard of Champions”. This means all champion horses tend to get defeated my the Dark Horse or the upset in the race.

Springs and Fall Seasons of 2014,2015, and 2016:Planned and implemented small lessons that met curriculum standards and goals of each group. Groups varying between youth to adults.

Summer Seasson on 2014, 2015, and 2016:Insured a safe cabin community for 8-10 campers. Provided leadership to assistant counselor and counselor-in-training. Taught and assisted in two or more classes to others campers.

Taught beginners to intermediate skiers on appropriate terrain. Small discussion with parents/ or guardians about what was taught in the lesson that day.

Showcased leadership, creativity and facilitate in small and large group actives. Worked in partnership with Youth Entertainment Hosts to provide support as needed. Would set up different programs which focused on safety and courtesy with all guest. Also, to stay show ready at all times and to be efficient at each task provided for all guests in youth activates spaces, on the ship or on Disney Private Island, Castaway Cay.
