Public health student who is very passionate regarding all areas of public health, but more specifically focused in epidemiology and One Health. I have three years of experience in areas of human medicine, veterinary medicine, and research. Through these experiences, I have gained useful insight regarding how to be a monumental public health professional and how to analyze data to see what is needed in order to continue to improve the health of individuals internationally. Furthermore, through my currently experience at East Tennessee State University, I have had the privilege of being the Community Service Chair for the Public Health Student Association, as well as receiving the Bruce A. and Amelia R. Goodrow scholarship two years consecutively. Additionally, as a member of the Changemakers Scholars program of the ETSU Honors College, I have learned the skills of how to address social issues that impact populations daily.
