At AudioEye, I test thousands of websites for accessibility and usability, ensuring that they comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 standards. I communicate effectively with clients and management, explaining and solving issues, and contributing to developing a new test portal and clear documentation. I use tools such as Jira, Confluence, NVDA, and JAWS to track bugs, update information, and simulate user experiences.I am passionate about making the web more accessible and inclusive for everyone, especially for people with disabilities. That is why I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at University of Massachusetts Lowell, and have completed two certifications in Responsive Web Design and Web Accessibility. I believe that my psychology background and my web design skills help me understand the needs and preferences of different users, and test websites more effectively and efficiently.I believe that a large part of making the web more accessible is teaching creators and developers whataccessibility looks like. I spend time explaining accessibility practices, why they're helpful, and how they can be put into various types of projects.
