As a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a lifelong passion for softball, I have developed a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of athletic performance. My journey has taken me from playing at the collegiate level, to professional in Europe, to coaching athletes of all ages, where my focus has always been on fostering a love for the game and helping others develop their skills.I am passionate about guiding players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field. My coaching philosophy centers around building strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and instilling confidence in athletes, all while cultivating an environment of teamwork and sportsmanship. I believe that the lessons learned through sports—discipline, perseverance, and adaptability—are valuable life skills that can benefit athletes in all aspects of their lives.While my primary focus is on softball and athlete development, I am also dedicated to community service. I founded a non-profit that distributes Blessing Bags to those in need throughout the Chicagoland area, as part of my commitment to giving back and promoting positive change.I’m excited to continue pursuing opportunities where I can combine my expertise in exercise science with my love for coaching and mentoring athletes.
