My passion for customer service began when I started my first job at Starbucks. From the ages 16 to 20, I worked for Starbucks as a barista. Here is where I began to learn how customer service can have an impact on business, and how vital it is to any company. By getting to know customers on a first name basis, while thriving in the fast-paced environment, I knew from then on customer service was where I wanted to be. From here, I moved on to Platte Valley Bank, where customers are the number one priority. With programs to promote customer relationships, I excelled in creating the environment where customers felt like family friends. I was fortunate to continue this path while working for PowerSchool. After less than a year on their customer support team, I was awarded a promotion to the Customer Success team, where I have been creating customer relationships to ensure the best experience is given to those who use our products every day. Now, I am a senior billing specialist. I haves worked with over 30 attorneys every day, as well as countless teams and legal secretaries. This role is vital to the success of the company, as I ensure that client's receive accurate and important invoicing on a monthly basis. Time management and organization skills are key when in charge of billing millions of dollars each month. I have created great personal relationships with each attorney, and strive to make sure each and every client that I bill for is taken care of when any questions arise.
