Professional Development Responsibilities:• Assist in managing and running multi-day professional development programs and orientation events under the direction of our group’s director • Assess and help select presenter and program facilitators for continued learning programs• Write analysis memos using survey feedback and write recommendations• Maintain our department page on the Firm’s internal website• Proofread and edit firm-wide materials • Work with vendors for large events • Assist in the evaluation process using vi• Assist in providing materials, sending out emails/calendar appointments for programs and events • Assist in creating schedules for our programs• Research and provide information to my department about topics such as Canadian student recruiting, and trends arising in the legal field• Track all necessary information Recruitment Responsibilities:• Collaborate with attorneys and chief of legal talent to facilitate summer associate candidate interviews, offers, and evaluations across several offices• Primary point person for legal recruiters and candidates to schedule interviews, handle travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and expense reimbursements• Maintain and update recruitment database (vi) for lateral hiring

• Assisted in organizing evidence by creating chronologies though Excel• Labeled, archived, and logged case files into records manager program• Read and summarized new Title IX statutes for client use• Completed basic clerical work such as re-typing legal documents
