Account Manager, Product Sales Strategy
Current-Conduct product demos, user trainings, and delivers proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers.-Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues or escalations that arise.-Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of sales and service solutions to national accounts.-Collaborate with cross functional teams (including sales, finance, IT, product, development and operations) to develop project plans and optimize overall sales strategy, while providing a superior customer experience.-Maintain day-to-day relationships with clients while promoting company services across multiple organizational levels including but not limited to C-level and Executive level personnel.-Manage existing revenue, funnels, reporting and forecasts supporting business unit and customer operational goals and objectives.
