Clients include: Tiffany & Co, Big Sync Music (Songtradr), Alleyoop Beauty, TA3 Swim, and more- Develop and pitch a state-of-the-art social media strategy for Tiffany & Co. to tap into Gen-Z audiences on TikTok - Strategize and create organic viral content for Alleyoop Beauty grossing over 1M views within two weeks- Consult founders, CEOs, and CMOs on brand strategies and executions of social media content across all platforms- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure content and campaigns meet all brand guidelines- Build and elevate brand storytelling, art direction, and online visual aesthetic to create a lifestyle and community - Optimize performance and engagement across all social media channels- Understand the trends and direction of main social channels and implement best practices and trends (notably TikTok and Instagram)- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Creative, Customer Care, Influencer, Paid Media, E-Commerce, and CRM to drive omni-channel social and brand strategy that engages customers at every touch point- Manage and create content strategies for brand campaigns and new product launches- Own performance tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; iterate social plans based on findings and maximize engagement, traffic, and conversion- Experiment with non-traditional and innovative methods to boost views, engagement and followers- Nurture and grow online community by reading customer comments, answering questions, and actively engaging the brands audience
