Having an array of previous employments; all customer-oriented and high paced- I learned very quickly the importance of understanding another person. By having the ability to empathize with another, I can find the best solution for both the business and the customer making it so that everyone is happy. I am quick and efficient. I typically stay employed at a business for multiple years, making my way up to Floor/Shift Manager where I do my best to exceed expectations and excel at my work. I take great pride in what I do day in and day out, I do my best to enjoy my work! I am constantly smiling throughout a shift, hoping to spread positive energy to my coworkers and customers that come inside. My resume will include these achievements, but I wish to express my work ethic outwardly. I'm am a generally upbeat person to likes to enjoy what I do and help other people enjoy themselves too.
