• Designed and conducted analysis of focus groups exploring low-income and HIV+ women’s preferences and needs for digital health services.• Analyzed user research, health plan data, and academic literature to co-design Plan Pilot, a prototype responsive web application that helped users navigate ACA health insurance plans based on their individual healthcare needs. Plan Pilot was selected as a finalist in the 2014 Robert Wood Johnson Plan Choice Challenge.

• Designed service improvement projects for more than half of all OB/GYN medical residency programs in the country. Worked closely with medical school faculty, providers, and healthcare administrators to identify provider-side barriers to abortion and contraceptive care. Based on this research, created and delivered provider-specific workshops on organizational design, professional development, and bias.• Managed three staff and interns through annual mixed-methods “Secret Shopper” research assessing patient experience at 72 OB/GYN residency programs. Developed personas, trained team on data collection, analyzed and presented on individual and aggregate data.• Managed research coordination for a clinic-based research project. Cleaned, tracked, updated database of 10,000+ items of quantitative data. Used cheerful persistence to ensure that medical residents, faculty, and staff at 100+ sites followed complex research protocols regardless of their varying levels of interest, time, and technical savvy.
