Heading a department with teams focused on information modelling, data, digitalisation and automation in our Clinical Manufacturing development area. We are focused on building a GMP qualified Generative AI solution at scale on top of internal documents stores, establishing better data quality across our area by implement a concept of "active metadata management".On the side of my head of department duties I lead a project team 75+ colleagues configuring the automation part of a new Clinical manufacturing plant. I am also representing CMC in the NN enterprise architecture board and involved in architecture work across the enterprise.
