    BLENDIT LEARNING helps you execute on your strategic goals through social learning, mobile learning, and bite sized video learning. We are tired of long e-learning courses that bore the learners to death and are forgotten an hour later. We are fed up with old-fashioned learning management systems that are not built for the learners, but built for (though often hated by) administrators and HR to manage and control courses and compliance. And we are genuinely sad that so much time and effort are spent on something that clearly doesn’t have the desired effect on the underlying business goals. LEARNING should be accessible where and when you need it on any device you have at hand. It should not only be possible to access it via a mobile device, it should start there. MODERN LEARNING should NOT be wrapped in large, SCORM packages that can only be managed by trained administrators and which can only be accessed as a full 30 to 60 minutes of content that you can’t remember anyway. MODERN LEARNING should be bite sized, searchable, engaging and fit for mobile. In other words, video based microlearning very similar to how we use Google and Youtube when we want to (exactly!) learn or relearn something. A MODERN LEARNING SYSTEM should be built to handle microlearning, mobile learning and social learning at its core. It should be measured not mainly on compliance, but mainly on engagement. A modern learning system should be based on participation, and should engage users to contribute and share the knowledge that already exists in their organisation. It should be fit for supporting the other 90% of the 70:20:10 rule of learning. As such a modern learning system, our partner Fuse Universal is best of breed. Finally, learning initiatives, whether online or not, have to be EXECUTED into real value. The right competencies, the essential motivation and the necessary processes are all required to ensure that the learning has a sustainable effect in the organisation.
