The analysis illuminated large parts of the Greenlandic society and had to rely on a solid understanding of Greenland's political situation, business experience and previous resolutions concerning current business areas. The task was resolved on the basis of thorough desk research, numerous interviews with companies and Greenland- and Danish officials. Destination development in Holmsland Klit, West Jutland Denmark. Based on thorough analysis, my team helped facilitate the inter-organizational development project for a new strategy for the destination. The work resulted in a common strategy integrated in the new Municipal Plan (2009-2021) - ledding the area's 4 million tourists be a significant factor for local growth. The work has contributed to an increased professionalisation and higher economic revenue for the destination.
