My most recent work experience was as a data analyst at Bosch USA, where I supported the business development team with data-driven insights and recommendations.As a data analyst, I focused on generating leads for our talent management products, which included performance management and compensation planning solutions. I used various data sources and platforms to identify and segment potential customers, and to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. I also scheduled meetings and provided product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products. I enjoyed working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I contributed to our shared goals and vision, and learned from the feedback and guidance of my colleagues and managers.
