● Handle yearly budgeting, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting and quarterly reporting package to Asia HQ● Support for bi-weekly pacing calls for the operating expense, OCPH, inventory turn and capital expenditure.● Compute and analyze for various KPI/ metrics reported in Global Supply Chain dashboard (weekly & monthly submission)● Lead for month end/ Year end close activities and oversee AP, AR and GL function, work with shared service team in India to ensure accuracy of financial data● Handle external & internal audit (SOX), US GAAP reporting, lead for yearly stock count, transfer pricing and tax filling● Liaising with regional tax team for Withholding tax/ PE status for Malaysia, Indonesia and China onsite jobs and VAT filling for China billing● Oversee AR collection, billing issues and provide guidance to clear the rejected invoices in IBS● Supervise junior for Account payable, and billing● Initiate various projects/ assignment for process improvement and cross functional project to automate various KPI & metrics reported in global supply chain dashboard

1) Accountant for KBS, ● Reporting to Financial Controller, supervise two accounts executives, oversee daily accounting operations (include AP, AR & GL), lead month/ year-end closing activities● Handle Audit, Corporate Tax, GST filling, Transfer Pricing matters and government surveys, ensure timely submission for all statutory reporting● Analyze and perform cost budgeting for different capabilities/ business in Singapore, Italy, Malaysia and China, liaise with different business leader for fees revision proposal● Support for ad hoc assignments: accounting transition from US to Singapore team, fixed assets tracking, fees proposal and drafting SLA for new service revenue● Develop, maintain and analyze budgets for the Company and perform monthly variances analysis for the P&L. Track business profitability level and ensure Interco transactions remained arm’s length per local tax regulation● Subject Matter Expert in Statutory Audit and tax reporting for 5 Koch entities (Jun 14 – Dec 14)● Other services support to intercompany: compliance check for new customer & vendor, GST filling, P&L analysis, payment approval and vendor setup for various countries such as Australia, Malaysia, China, Italy, Taiwan, Korea and Japan

Department: Electronics & Chemicals; US GAAP. Perform US GAAP reporting, SOX compliance audit as well as local statutory audit start from planning, execution and follow up though completion for each audit client. Lead a team of 2-5 for each audit assignment, provide coaching to junior auditor and review juniors' works before submission to audit manager.
