• Lead the business functional areas, technical teams and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding• Consult management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frames and budgetary requirements• Contribute to improving division revenues over $80M from 2013 to 2014• Direct extensive data management project to accurately report and facilitate elimination of duplication of data for billions of dollars’ worth of trades per year• Assign tasks and responsibilities, and drive accountability of project team members• Manage development and change request process, coordinating decision of scope and budgetary impact• Facilitate testing and Quality Assurance processes to ensure original requirements are met• Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority to drive deliverables• Operate in the Agile and Waterfall software development process methodologies• Work with Lending division to create and implement a five year growth plan for the new regulatory environment• Identify and develop product strategy, requirements and evaluate their potential and practicality
