Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator team in balancing workloads, on-going cross-training, and process creation and reviews.

Activities include management of recruitment marketing strategy, requisition management, coordination of interview schedules, on-boarding process management and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) maintenance. Leverage analytical skills to create reports, assess trends and document data.
