- Independently taught two 9-week LSS 180 courses of 11-18 first-year students on academic probation or jeopardy of dismissal.- Assist the LSS 180 Director in the development of weekly LSS 180 training curriculum for 23 instructors. - Identified and addressed academic and personal challenges with individual students through one-on-one meetings in order to develop strategies and skills needed to return to good academic standing.- Amongst the 29 students I instructed, 9 students were retained from being dismissed the following semester while an additional 9 students improved into academic good standing.
