I am a junior in college at UCO with a major in Marketing. I have discovered a love for sales and marketing with designing graphics and capturing moments that promote a company! I specifically enjoy doing social media marketing content. It is very rewarding when I get to see everything come together. I aspire to one day be a social media manager for a company and/or be apart of a wonderful marketing team. I worked for the Walt Disney Company as an intern with the Disney College Program for a year. I was placed in one of the top flagship stores on Disney World property, Creations Shop in Epcot. I developed the love for the guest experience and drive to create magical experiences. I was selected by my leadership team to be a part of the opening team for major events inside of Epcot such as Flower and Garden, Epcot’s 40th Anniversary, and the Festival of the Holidays. I practiced and implemented major communication and teamwork skills while receiving over 30 recognitions from guests, leaders, and coordinators. Being a part of the Walt Disney company and implementing the five keys was a turning point for me in my career and provided me with knowledge that continues to help me achieve in other areas of my life.At Disney, I learned the importance of providing the best possible experiences for guests and creating a long lasting relationship with cast members. Disney was a life changing for me and I can’t wait to continue to grow from what I learned from such a prestige company.
