-Responsible for the recruitment of Amazon Beijing R&D center-Drive the recruitment process and support BU Managers to fill open requisitions -Extend offers to potential hires and close candidates -Introduce to new hires about payroll, benefits and other HR policies -Take charge of recruitment event -Own Talent Market Intelligence project in phase 1 and co-own Technical Interview Excellence Project -Organize Quarterly Hiring Manager & HR Meeting to review hiring and attrition status -Engage with business team monthly by Business Acumen Training project to understand more about the business operation and pain points of each team
