I am an experienced Project and Service Manager with a track record of successfully developing and delivering IT services, meeting SLAs targets and just as importantly ensuring that customer expectations are fulfilled. For me a successful service is a result of building great teams, and making sure we deeply understand the needs of the customer. I am easy to approach, listen carefully, use common-sense and a fact based approach before taking any actions. I have high energy and drive, and like to motivate others with a positive mindset and attitude – concretely I am involved in the day to day work and strive for continuous improvement.I am a strong advocate of implementing KPI’s, PI’s and feedback loops to enhance the visibility for the stakeholders and to improve the operational efficiency. My target is to deliver Quality services with the right level of customer satisfaction. This is done by following LEAN principles, utilizing Six Sigma and agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) in combination with ITIL’s best practices. Keep on learning is my motto as continuous change requires continuous learning to develop the business and maintain operational excellence.
