Magali Rheault is a lead consultant on international development client engagements at Gallup. She has designed and implemented over 250 quantitative surveys and dozens of qualitative research projects to measure people’s attitudes toward their economic conditions, jobs and wellness around the world. Data results from her work are now used to measure progress toward three U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), financial inclusion, food insecurity and forced labor. As a strategic research leader, her focus is on designing impactful research solutions to help public- and private-sector clients address their biggest challenges. Her operational initiatives have centered around developing scalable, streamlined processes to improve quality in global survey data collection. She has presented data results at more than 40 institutions worldwide, including the United Nations (New York), King’s College (London) and the Académie Diplomatique Internationale (Paris) on issues related to economics, governance, jobs and entrepreneurship. As an experienced manager, she has directed, coached and mentored over 50 staff. Prior to joining Gallup, she worked for more than ten years as a researcher in the financial services industry.
