I’ve been working in the IT industry for around 10 years. I am an experienced leader and delivery manager. Throughout my career I have undertaken many different roles, supporting various processes and initiatives within organizations. I have also led and worked with distinct types of teams, projects, and processes. I joined Netguru over 8 years ago and have been driving growth since then as the author or supporter of ideas introduced. Highlihts of my main skills:Strategic Planning Execution - a significant part of most of my positions involves planning the “big picture”. My roles have required creating and setting OKRs and making sure to deliver my team’s scope within the larger organizational strategy. Team Leadership - Managing diverse teams of various sizes, fostering collaboration, and driving initiatives to meet and exceed goals. Paying attention to delegation and support of individuals within my team. Encouraging my teammates to use their skills and power to progress with work is of great importance to me. My leadership is shaped a lot by my main themes taken from Gallup methodology: Restorative, Input, Competition, Activator, and Command. Portfolio Management - Overseeing a vast amount of projects at once. I ensured the timely delivery of projects by supporting and guiding each team throughout. This has resulted in projects delivered on time, within budgets, and healthy relationships maintained. Crisis management - this is something that has been a significant part of my job for a number of years. I have to assess, plan and execute restoration steps in many situations, lasting from days to several weeks. Analytical Decision Making - I often work with dozens of reports and hundreds of sets of data within different tools. I have to make decisions based on my observations and deductions more than once. Communication - due to my background as a publicist and the nature of the work I’ve been doing I use written and oral communication a lot. I find my skills in this area to be top-notch. I have also become an advocate and believer of radical candor, when both giving and receiving feedback.Adaptability - working in a software house with a very dynamic portfolio of projects requires flexibility and adaptability the most. I am adept at adjusting to changes in scope, processes, and general environment. In my free time, I am a big fan of road trips, walks, drawing, knitting, and Japanese culture.
