- Held the same position and responsability with VSE Corporation after they won the contract from Booz Allen Hamilton in 2009 as GSE Instrument Field Engineer and Calibration.* LM2500 Propulsion Gas Turbine Engine- Understanding of gas turbine cycle ,Controls and Instrumentation and capable of troubleshooting. troubleshot and repaired most of Electrical and Electronic problems associated with GTE - Fuel control, vibration circuits, PT speed, GG speed, PLA rigging , start sequence… Show more - Held the same position and responsability with VSE Corporation after they won the contract from Booz Allen Hamilton in 2009 as GSE Instrument Field Engineer and Calibration.* LM2500 Propulsion Gas Turbine Engine- Understanding of gas turbine cycle ,Controls and Instrumentation and capable of troubleshooting. troubleshot and repaired most of Electrical and Electronic problems associated with GTE - Fuel control, vibration circuits, PT speed, GG speed, PLA rigging , start sequence, Torque computer, Torque limiting and Calibrate all of electronic circuits associated with GTE control circuits.-Worked in team during Gas Turbine Engine change out and commissioning.* Calibration Field- Calibrate Pressure Xmitters / Switches using Fluke 744 ,hart communicator 475 , King-nutronics model 3112 and Dead Weight Tester RPM4-E, and Temperature Xmitters/Switch calibration using King-nutronics Model 3605-A, Fluke 9142, Fluke 9144 and Jofra ATC-157, and any type of electrical meters by using PMC Arbitar 1040C and Fluke 5522A.- Fisher and Masoneilan Control valve positioner calibration and, valve selection and maintenance.- Level Xmitter ΔP, radar and displacer type.- Also Calibrating GTE Vibration Circuits and Velocity Xducer Model CEC 4-128-0130 by using PVC Model Dynamic INS DI-811A. - Diesel Generator set and 60 Hz Switch Board power distribution, worked on Detroit 149 and caterpillar 3512B Diesel engine- troubleshot engine start circuit and engine speed control & load sharing unit model 2301A and APD system, and calibrate Switchboard Meters voltage, ammeter, frequency ,wattmeter and synchroscope.- Controllable Pitch Propeller adjustment and calibration for both remote/manual and programmed operation.- Circuit card repair to component level using Huntron Pro Tracker component checker.- Maintenance and repair of Calibration Equipment and keep them calibrated as required and order new parts to keep them functional.
