We did here the performance certification for the front end application (integrating with third party applications like CRM (infor, workpoint) as well as voice/gprs calls for the different product versions. For this certification we use Jmeter, Load runner tools for load test. And also my role is to analyze the awr reports to find out why the performance is low?
