As the Manager at the Adelaide Spa my responsibilities include the successful leadership and administration of a multiple practitioner facility consisting of Registered Massage Therapists, Aestheticians and Medical Aestheticians. I am responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience for guests with consistently exceptional service.I also develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote services – including social media, onsite advertising, monthly E-bulletin articles, and weekly emails. I prepare and maintain budgets with monthly accountability to senior management for profit and loss.I report to the company owners to ensure all services deliver value and are in line with the organization’s vision and mission. I am responsible for team moral, hiring, contract negotiations, evaluations and termination of practitioners and staff. I order and track inventory and determining the feasibility of new products lines.I manage practitioner scheduling, bookings and receipt of payment from guests. I am responsible for performing payroll for independent contractors and Spa staff. I ensure practitioner standards of practice are upheld and health and safety standards are met.I am the custodiam of all files and for ensuring PIPEDA and privacy legislation adhered to.

As a Naturopath I provided nutrition and alternative medical advice to high level athletes as well as weekend warriors.
