Programming and delivery of a 6-12th grade social-emotional curriculum (the GALS Series) meant to serve as the cornerstone of the GALS Charter network with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and positive gender instructionDesign and deliver daily lesson plans to respond to student needs, including identity, voice, emotional intelligence, communication, physical, mental, and emotional health, etc. both in-person and remoteCoaching and professional development of 54 teachers across contents and grade levels to utilize GALS Series tools and resources in their classes to extend social-emotional wellness through contentsDesign a student-centered rubric, co-crafted with student input to track and analyze progress towards GALS Series standards and provide data around social-emotional learning work at GALSPlanning and delivery of weekly meetings with 6 adult learners to create systems for data collection and analysis, respond to 84 student and family needs, and development of student and family support systems to serve as the direct liaison between families and the schoolCollaborating with administration and other grade-level leads to address whole school concerns, family and community outreach, and school-wide initiatives Relationship building with families, community members, and other stakeholders to increase family and community engagement in the school and create a wider network of support for students
