Since the age of 17 I have had the pleasure of working in various positions within the restaurant industry, including waitress, hostess, busser, banquet staff, and front desk receptionist. These jobs ranged from businesses in CT and RI. I was also involved as a part-time clerk job filing and scanning documents in a Real Estate Law Firm along with an internship at a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law firm during the 2023 summer. I have also volunteered at many nonprofits located in CT and RI throughout my high school and college career. These jobs and volunteer opportunities have trained me to have great skills in customer service, communication, working as a team, creativity, technological skills, critical thinking, quick learner, and professionalism.A majority of my focus is towards my education at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. I am a senior and plan to achieve a Bachelor of Science degree once I graduate in 2025 after studying business administration with a minor in english communications. Anthony’s adapted to the “a la carte style” services, which is just normal restaurant lunch and dinner services. As an employee in the hospitality industry, this was a unique opportunity for me to learn how to work with people and adapt to different situations, particularly as it was my first job in the restaurant world. This was new to me and new to them which was a great way to learn how to work with people and figure out different solutions.
