Find more information about the company or join our talent network at the links below!My Role:• Full-desk recruiting • Lead the corporate team of recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator• Oversee all Home Office full time and temporary hiring initiatives • Build relationships within the business to determine hiring needs + talent strategy • Train and educate company leadership on interview & hiring best practices• Develop all process, procedures, and policies for Home Office hiring • Support internship program of 20+ students including interviewing, selecting, and execution of 8-week program• Create weekly reports for executive team on requisition status, time to fill, and team accomplishments • ATS system administrator for all HO upgrades, implementations, and system changes• Manage full time and temporary requisition approval process• Maintain contracts and relationships with HOTA vendors including staffing vendors, software vendors, and assessment vendors • Provide project management as needed in process improvement, internships, diversity hiring, interviewing, and ATS implementation/upgrades

Partner with leadership to identify hiring needsRecruit exempt and non-exempt corporate skill-sets with a special focus on IT, finance, and analyticsRecruit manager, director, and senior director level rolesInterview applicants Set up interviews with hiring leaders and candidatesCompose and deliver offers to candidates Provide subject matter expertise to foreign labor hiring process including recruitment for OPT, H1-b, and Green Card candidates Negotiate managed service agreements with vendors Drive special projects in process improvement, SOP creation, workflow documentation, and recruiting best practices
