About Maggie Landers

Maggie graduated from Marquette University in May of 2021 with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy and a minor in Interdisciplinary Culture, Health and Illness. After graduation, Maggie worked as a Public Affairs Intern and Digital Fellow at the Progressive Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. She then worked as Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Mudd Law, an Internet, space and technology law firm in Chicago, IL. This fall, Maggie will pursue her interest in healthcare and participate in UMASS Boston's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program. In the future, Maggie plans to incorporate her political science degree with nursing to address health inequities and promote public health.
