What I do: I provide Business Operations support for the Rowan Functional Teams. I help manage complex cross-team initiatives and projects ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and we are delivering on our commitments. I'm never one to settle and I'm constantly looking for ways to help Rowan serve our customers, improve how we run our business, and help our resources grow. Prior to my current role, I spent over 14 years in at Accenture consulting for Large National Payers and PBMs and also served as the Business Operations Lead for the West Region Health and Public Sector Business.Outside of work you can find me making pancakes on Saturday mornings with my husband and two daughters, exploring new breweries around Denver, and shouting the worth of people with Down syndrome.

Each transaction was managed from requirements gathering through deployment.Responsibilities Included: Managed four client vendor teams that were utilized to complete development work for the different transactions Completed Gap Analysis for each transactions interpreting the 5010 regulations and defining how they impacted the client systems and operations Developed Business Requirements and Functional Designs for each transaction based on identified gaps Coordinated project timelines and deployments for each team to mitigate risks from having multiple teams complete development work in a single environment. Managed two resources responsible for completing system and user acceptance tests for 837 and 837 transactions. Assisted Test Lead with developing testing Methodologies utilized on project. -

Responsibilities included: Developed test plan and scripts for each project based on Functional Designs. Identified and gathered test data for each project Conducted system and user acceptance testing for each project, including defect reporting and retesting. Assisted with client resource training for front end processing system and Arizona Medicaid claim scrubber. Provided status on test execution for each project. -
