Vp, Experience Practice Leader
Current• Lead a team of 10 Recruiting professionals and serve as Experience subject matter expert for the group.• Be the voice of talent for the Practice Group to the Enterprise organization and clients.• Stay abreast of Talent market trends. Analyze business trends and relevant economic indicators and make suggestions to leadership on opportunities for growth and improvement.• Evaluate and determine best methods to develop new Talent delivery solutions that meet the needs of our clients.• Research, evaluate and make recommendations as to job fairs and recruitment events as a means to gain positive return on investment.• Strategize implement and executing recruiting plans to meet client engagement needs.• Evenly distribute workload across the recruitment team, ensuring a balance that supports optimal productivity.• Drive performance strategy & management. Developing and manage the Practice Group against goals and key performance indicators that support the company’s overall goals. • Collaborate with Enterprise organization leadership and interact with clients to evaluate and assess their engagement needs.• Manage P&L to maximum performance.
