Responsible for engineering scope in projects for Subsea Trees and related components. Subsea tree is one of the most complex products in the subsea business area. Working with Kaombo block 32 project. Achievements - Promoted to lead engineer after only three and a half years with the company. - Part of the digitalisation journey in the workshop of assembly and test procedures.- Implemented a leaner manufacturing approach cutting main assembly lead-time per Subsea tree by approx. 8% and substantially reducing costs. - Successful planning & execution of high focus verification test. Project: Kaombo block 32 Total The French oil giant Total is the client for the biggest subsea project to date, located outside the coast of Angola. Working as part of the Subsea trees work pack team to deliver the massive work scope of 65 subsea trees with supporting products. The engineering scope required around 100 engineers in the work pack at the resource peak. Have been responsible for various delivered products and tests throughout the project. From January 2017 co-responsible for all products in the work pack as project lead engineer. Roles and responsibilities - Management of resources, schedule, change, risk and budget. - Communicate with client to ensure project is delivered to expectations - Supplier communication ensuring correct quality of supplied products - Assisting with digitalisation of test and assembly procedures - Reviewing supplier quotes - Product development and qualification - Reviewing engineering documentation - Reviewing models/drawings in CAD - Following standards and regulations

Achievements - Reviewing more than a thousand CAD models together with the supplier that resulted in a successful delivery of a complex insulation application system. - Managed to keep the budget for the insulation scope and deliver according to schedule with short lead-time. - Delivering high quality of the insulation scope by closely managing team performance and having good risk management. - Successfully developing and testing of an unproven and complex product. Project: Kaombo block 32 for Total, same as for Project Lead Engineer. Similar roles and responsibilities with increasing responsibility level within the project over time.

Part of two rotations at two different departments under a development programme that prepares its participants to become the future of the company. Achievements - Quickly getting familiarised with SAP ERP software. - Assisting with a successful delivery of Tie-in tooling for Aasta Hansteen project and Subsea trees for Goliat project. - Early on stepping in as deputy lead during absence of Project Lead Engineer. Projects: Goliat Eni Italian Eni is the client for the subsea project located in the Barents Sea. Worked in Subsea trees work pack to deliver 28 subsea trees with supporting products. The project was in the end phase during my time in the project. Aasta Hansteen Statoil Started working as a new employee in the Statoil project Aasta Hansteen, located in the Norwegian Sea. Worked in Tie in department, handling subsea connections between pipelines, structures, electrical cables etc. The project was in early phase during my time with the project. Roles and responsibilities - Defining engineering scope - Writing and reviewing engineering documentation and drawings - Follow up delivery of products - Quality non-conformances handling from suppliers and workshop - Following standards and regulations - Product development - Interface handling
