- Design of 3D models and 2D drawings based on ASME Y14.5 GD&T, design intent, manufacturing capabilities and internal company standards.- Responsible of mechanical changes to Current Model Programs.- Responsible of performing drawing and mechanical changes to meet customers specifications and internal requirements and standards.- Create proposals for customers based on their requirements and company capabilities.- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)/ Design for Assembly (DFA).- Development of documentation such as 2D drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) within PLM Siemens Teamcenter system.- Review and maintenance of 2D drawings and BOM through engineering Change Notices.- DFMEA- IDF creation to generate mechanical and manufacturing constraints data needed by the PCB layout designer (ECAD).- Clash Analysis to analyze the potential conflicts between multiple elements in a 3D assembly.- Responsible of 3D scanning for inspection on Class-A Surfaces (VX Elements and PolyWorks)

- Deal with Customers, Suppliers and globally established co-workers.- Develop components and assemblies, Create drawings according to 3D model and specifications based on company standards.- Utilize tolerance calculations, force calculations, and design tools for design validate calculations to attend technical issues.- CAD modification and maintenance (Catia V5).- Evaluate manufacturability of designed parts.

- Perform service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity.- Troubleshoot equipment failure.- Executing meetings for planning activities and assigned projects.- Develop components and assemblies, creating drawings according to 3D model and specifications based on customer standards.
