Acting as first point of contact for client. Investigating complex clients securities inquiries ensuring prompt resolution. Responsibilities included:• Building strong customer relationship, developing and maintaining excellent customer contacts, supported by customer visits and regular calls.• Dealing with numerous client and third party banks on a wide range or securities related inquiries via phone and secure messaging.• Daily monitoring of clients account ensuring that any potential settlement issues are notified to the client in a timely manner as to minimize the risk to the client of any losses. During my time with Citi i have had brief exposure to the ESES markets but my primary focus has been the UK&Irish market and also my current role which involves dealing with the Germanic markets including Austria and Switzerland.

Due to my experience within retail I was promoted to the role of Assistant Manager in the in Dundrum Town Centre, following on from my experience in all managerial aspects from vast product knowledge to training new staff members. Due to my success in this store I was transferred as Acting Branch Manager to the flagship store in Henry Street in order to improve the performance in an already successful store during the final quarter.Throughout my time in 3G Mobile I had successfully reached my targets every month. I had also developed a sales target program (gained from previous experience) to assist and encourage my colleagues to reach their targets, therefore maintaining the sales target for the store as a whole. The success of this sales target system led it to be implemented into every 3G Mobile branch nationwide.In the previous companies I worked for I have always wanted to expand my knowledge in the relevant industry, thus I availed of a self-training facility and became the first member of staff in the Dundrum branch to become a fully trained Apple Product Professional in 2008 and again in 2009. I was later awarded a Certificate by Apple for recognition of my commitment to selling and teaching people on Apple products.

I started my career in fields jewellers as a general sales assistant on a part-time basis whilst I was in college working on my degree. I dealt with vast types of cliental from general once off purchases to companies buying items in bulk for company social events. This involved creating a relationship with companies in order to attract repeat business.After one year as a part-time sales assistant I was promoted to Supervisor due to my extensive product and managerial knowledge I had acquired over the past year. Following on from this I Was asked to take part in the Management Trainee Programme whilst still part-time although the programme is developed for Full-time staff.Due to my experience and knowledge that I developed over my time in Fields jewellers I was asked to move between numerous branches in order to coach new staff members and also to help in any way I could to improve sales.
