○ Up keeping personal records (Personal File) of employees.○ Looking after time office, make absenteeism report, Late Coming report, Manpower report Daily or Monthly basis, Attendance, Salary/Wages, Over Time, Loan, Salary Advance and leave records and registers.○ Handling full & final settlement as per company policy and employee grievances.○ Application and compliance of statutory requirement such as fallowing : -○ ESI department - Such as TIC and permanent cards for new employees, half yearly & annual return etc.○ EPF department - Such as monthly report with deposit challan, annual return, PF withdrawal ​and ​lone ​for ​employees, ​inspection ​and ​other ​formalities ​of employees/employer etc.○ Labor department - Such as Inspection, Handling Labor dispute and settlements with employees, Labor License etc..
