As a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an Anna University affiliated college, I have gained valuable experience in both site engineering and design engineering roles.In my early career, I worked as a site engineer on various residential buildings and apartments, where I developed a strong understanding of the construction process and learned how to manage projects to ensure timely completion and quality control. I also worked on Hatsun warehouse project chilled water tank construction, Chennai highway project, and Stormwater projects, which gave me exposure to different types of construction projects.Later, I transitioned to the design field, where I started as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Conserve solution Trichy. Here, I have been involved in various design projects, where I have honed my skills in drafting and structural engineering. Due to my dedication and hard work, I was promoted to Quality Control Engineer.My passion for mentoring and inspiring others has been a key factor in my success. I enjoy guiding and motivating my junior colleagues, and I have been recognized for my ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve their goals.In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards.
