• Responsible for complete coordination with the Customers and ensuring required after sales support wherever needed; follow-up and finalize AMC requirements for the product supplied.• Responsible for checking Leads from India Mart Portal for Organic Waste Composting Machines (Automatic Machine for Bulk Waste and Manual Machine for Domestic/Kitchen waste) and Bio Gas Plant; and submission of Quotation and periodic follow-up.• Responsible for execution of orders – obtaining dispatch clearance, submission of documents to client and realization of payments.• Responsible for Registration with Govt. Establishments for participation Online Tenders and in GeM Portal.

• Responsible for Securing Business in Chennai, Coimbatore, Andhrapradesh and Telangana• To attend Review meeting with the existing clients once in a month; and to ensure escalations if any to be closed in an appropriate manner. • Responsible for renewal of existing contracts with price increase.

Responsible for CEO Office routines and extending Secretarial support to CEO.• Supporting Flights Operations and Maintenance & Engineering in preparation of Manuals for submission to Oman Civil Aviation as a part of AOC requirements.

 In-charge of Director Operations Training Office; support Fleet Office [Airbus A330, A310 and A320] for daily routines. To prepare Annual Training Plan in line with Operations Manual (Part-D) and in consultation with Flight Operations, In-Flight Services and Operations Support Department; and obtain Approval from the Yemen Civil Aviation. To prepare BUDGET for Operations Training in line with Training Plan. Responsible for scheduling Ground School Training, Simulator Training, Line Training and Line Check for Pilots; and Ground Training for Operations Support personnel; provide training documents for renewal of License.  Responsible for maintenance of Training Records of Cockpit Crew and Flight Dispatchers. Responsible for arranging Inspection / Audit by Yemen Civil Aviation for revalidation of Operations Training Centre Approval as well as Simulator Centre.  Coordination with Operations Library in order to ensure that all Revisions and Amendments to Crew Manual from Aircraft Manufacturer (Airbus) is received and distributed to all the Crew.  Prime member representing Operations Training for the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA); during my tenure with Yemenia, have participated in 4 Recurrent Audits and completed them without any findings.

 Coordination with Factory at Rajasthan and Silvassa for delivery of cables for Dealers. Raising indent for supply of cut lengths from stock for small contractors. Updating collection schedule and maintenance of outstanding data. Follow-up and collection of long outstanding payments; follow-up of legal issues for payment realization; and collection of Statutory forms.

• Tendering In-charge for all Government Tenders [for 3 States – Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala] including World Bank / Asian Development Bank aided tenders.• Evaluation of Contractor’s bid; freezing the scope of work in line with requirement, for all Contract Works. Responsible for Purchase of materials for all Contract jobs.• Responsible for complete Order Execution (for 3 States – Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala) including organizing Inspection by Purchaser or Third party, until collection of Statutory Forms and closure of Order.• Updating collection schedule and realization of withheld amounts and old outstanding.• To coordinate with all Southern Offices (Hyderabad, Cochin, Bangalore) and to prepare consolidated monthly performance statement of Southern Region.
